By accessing or using 4devs.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website.

Description of Service

4devs.app provides free online developer tools including but not limited to:

• JSON and XML formatters
• Text encoding and decoding utilities
• Hash generators
• Character and word counters
• Various conversion and comparison tools

These tools are provided free of charge and do not require user registration.

Permitted Use

You may use 4devs.app for any lawful purpose, including:

• Personal use
• Commercial use (using the tools for your work)
• Educational purposes

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code (except as permitted by the license)
• Use the service to process malicious content intended to harm others

Intellectual Property

The source code for 4devs.app is available under the Server Side Public License (SSPL). Under this license:

• You may view, fork, and contribute to the code
• You may not run the software as a service without complying with SSPL requirements
• Only 4devs.app is authorized to run this software as a public service

The 4devs.app name, logo, and branding are proprietary and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF RESULTS

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the service at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SITEFLUENCE CONSULTING INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Loss of business opportunities
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use the service

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the service (which is zero, as the service is free).

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service
• Limit access to the service for any reason

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sitefluence Consulting Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
